My co-scrappers and I met up last February to discuss about the charity event a co-scrapper based in the US put up to help the Carmelite Sisters in Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac. After hopping different scrapbook stores, we met up with Lindy (the one who organized the event) in Robinson’s Manila.
Candy suggested we eat at Kulinarya Experience, and although the foods weren’t that expensive, I didn’t have much money that time so to have a complete meal, I just ordered their Tuna Rice Melt. At first, I thought it was a small serving, but as I ate half of it, I started feeling full. I realized that although the serving dish was a bit small, the rice was pressed and really heavy.
I loved this dish because of the mozzarella cheese used as topping. The blend of the rice, cheese, tuna, and the drops of lemon juice are really delicious! It may seem that the tuna flakes on top were few, but inside, there were more tuna flakes and sliced button mushrooms.
I am not sure when I can eat this one again, for now, I am just wishing a branch will open near our place.
